Ingredients: sour milk cheese (68.7%), sugar, rice flour (11.0%), pasteurized egg yolk, table salt, Eurovanillin flavoring. May contain traces of gluten.

Nutritive (food) value per 100 g (g) of the product: fats – 3.5 g (g), of which saturated – 1.5 g (g); carbohydrates – 27.0 g (g), of which sugars – 17.0 g (g); proteins – 16.0 g (g), salt – 0.4 g (g). Energy value (calorie) per 100 g (g) of the product: 880 kJ (kJ) (210 kcal (kcal)).

Shelf life and storage conditions: 6 months at a temperature not higher than -18 ºС.

Method of preparation: fry the frozen cheesecakes in a frying pan in heated sunflower oil over low heat, turning occasionally.
